American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She started her career in an actor in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). In the following years, she played the character as reporter Willa McPherson on FX's series Dirt. Also, she played an important role in FX's short-lived show The Ex List. In the very first season, she starred in the role of Moira O'Hara, a young Moira and in the following season, she was Kaylee. The character was played by Jessie in the AMC series The Walking Dead. Sophie was the character she played in the NBC series This Is Us. She voiced a variety of characters on Family Guy, an animated comedy. Since the year 2019, she has been appearing as Melinda "Mel" Monroe as a character in the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge was raised in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10, when her mother and her relocated to California [1] where they lived for a year before finally settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 years old when she started to develop an interest in photography, acting and singing. She relocated to Los Angeles with her mother when she was just 15 years old to pursue her acting career.
