Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina Shchenko is a Kyrgyzstani Muay Thay champion. She currently competes in the UFC Flyweight division. She is older than fellow UFC Fighter and Former UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko was the first to start fighting sports by becoming an Muay Thai Kickboxer. Antonina Shevchenko made her UFC debut in the TUF Heavy Hitters Finale against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko defeated Roxanne Modeafferi with an unanimous decision. She then fell in her second fight due to an unanimous verdict. Antonina recovered from this defeat by beating Lucie Pudilova on UFC on ESPN Covington against Lawler via a rear-naked choke submission. The result earned her the prize of fight-of-the-night. Shevchenko fell to Katlyn as well as Andrea Lee in three of her subsequent fights. She won over Ariane Lipski, but was also defeated by Ariane. Antonina has recently been knocked down by a TKO in the second round, losing to Casey O'Neill, at UFC Fight Night Santos Vs. Walker.
